Kedah woman stabbed in neck; suspect known to victim
ALOR SETAR: A 35-year-old civil servant was injured after she was stabbed on the right side of the neck by a man known to her outside a restaurant in Jalan Titi Gajah, Kepala Batas, here tonight.
The incident is believed to have occurred at 9.15pm.
The victim was stabbed inside her car before being taken to Hospital Sultanah Bahiyah (HSB) for treatment.
She is reported to be in stable condition.

A forensic team from the Kedah police contingent headquarters is conducting investigations at the scene.
Kota Setar district police chief Assistant Commissioner Syed Basri Syed Ali is expected to hold a press conference at the location.
