2 more nabbed over PLUS highway blockade in viral clip
PETALING JAYA: Police have arrested two more individuals suspected of blocking off the North-South Expressway (PLUS) near the Pedas-Linggi rest area.
Rembau district police chief Hasani Hussain said the suspects, aged 31 and 35, were arrested late last night after they came to give a statement, Berita Harian reported.
“Both suspects are believed to have been in the car that was seen blocking the highway in the viral video,” he was quoted as saying.
“For now, no items were seized and investigations are still ongoing to determine their roles in the incident.”
Hasani said the two men have been remanded until tomorrow, while the first suspect arrested earlier will remain in custody until Tuesday.

He added that police believe several more suspects, including those suspected to be vehicle repossession agents, are still at large.
“We’re in the process of completing the investigation papers before submitting them to the deputy public prosecutor,” he said.
