Malays Are More Concerned About The Forbidden Pig Than The Lethal Python

Malays Are More Concerned About The Forbidden Pig Than The Lethal Python: Mahathir managed to gather enough Malays, UMNO grassroots and even some UMNO leaders to support him when he worked with DAP & Anwar to topple Najib..

An Unpopular Decision Irrespective Of Whether It Serve Its Purpose Or Not Because Malays Are More Concern About The “Dirty” Pig Than The Lethal Python.

Mahathir managed to gather enough Malays, UMNO grassroots and even some UMNO leaders to support him when he worked with DAP & Anwar to topple Najib especially in Johor.

It all depends on how effective a leader is in convincing his followers, the purpose of it and whether such a move will serve the purpose or not.

But it looks like none of UMNO leaders are capable of doing what Mahathir did, which is using Anwar & DAP to topple UMNO and then using UMNO to topple DAP & Anwar.

In this aspect, PAS leaders proved to be more effective again and again to walk away with unpopular decisions and still obtained support from their grassroots.

All they have to do is to come out with a new “fatwa” to suit their decision and support it by cherry picking some Hadith or a verse from the Quran or simply a quote from a well known dead scholar.

They got away working with DAP and a sodomite before didn’t they? And recently they got away working with an Adulterer Prime Minister and a Semburito Senior Minister using the same technique!

Most UMNO members are “single coded” minded. They cried no Anwar and no DAP but at the same time no solution. Some are still delusional of Muafakat Nasional comprise only UMNO & PAS.

PAS leaders had again and again echoed by BN’s Secretary General that PAS is not going to work with UMNO alone without PPBM. One of UMNO’s Vice President also said that BN will avoid contesting against PN in GE15 but still a lot of Malays simply didn’t get it!

They are still delusional of a possible UMNO-PAS cooperation or Muafakat Nasional without PPBM simply because none of UMNO leaders were as straight to the point to call a spade a spade such as Tan Sri Annuar Musa to say it clearly that UMNO is going to cooperate with PPBM in GE15.

MN is not an absolute solution since the formation of MN without PPBM is not solely an UMNO’s decision. In fact a lot of UMNO members are still delusional hoping for that to happen whilst PAS has made it clear that they want UMNO to work with PPBM irrespective which coalition it will be. The chance of MN to be registered also looks bleak.

For UMNO to work with PPBM means a slow death. For UMNO to go just with BN, it’s not strong enough to form a government. In fact, none of the coalition are capable of forming a government if there is a three cornered fight. It will be back to square one.

And as long as Mahathir commands strong influence on PPBM, certain UMNO leaders and government agencies, the scenario post GE15 will be almost the same or could be worse than now. This is a serious dilemma for UMNO.

They only way to avoid political instability post GE15 is to eliminate the “Mahathir elements”, PPBM & Azmin’s influence before GE15 and the only way to do that is to pack with Anwar & DAP to finish off Mahathir, Azmin & PPBM once and for all.

UMNO members, leaders and its Malay supporters must be able to think out of the box and beyond the paranoia of NO Anwar & No DAP “tapi satu hasil pun tak ada!”

For most Malays especially UMNO members, to work with DAP is akin to bringing a pig into your house compound. I say, if there is a hungry python inside your house compound, it is wise to bring back a pig as bait to the python and when the python is full of pig, it will be immobilised and easy to kill.

But of course this is an unpopular proposition. People are more concerned about the pig instead of the python and so be it!
