KUALA PILAH: A section of the roof on the third floor of a three-storey block at SMK Juasseh near here collapsed around noon on Tuesday (Aug 18).A Fire and Rescue Department spokesman said no injuries were reported in the incident. "The team immediately conducted a check and found that a section of the roof on the third floor where the science labs are located had collapsed," he said in a statement. He said the department's Hazmat team from Seremban 2 was dispatched to the school as there were chemicals stored in the lab. This was to manage potential chemical hazards, although the specific chemicals involved have not yet been identified.
