Tabung Haji picks Amrin Awaluddin as new CEO and MD
Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) has appointed Amrin Awaluddin as its group chief executive officer and managing director from May 6 after his predecessor, Nik Mohd Hasyudeen Yusoff, steps down.
TH said the decision was made in consultation with minister in the Prime Minister’s Department in charge of religious affairs Zulkifli Mohamad Al-Bakri.
In a statement today, TH chairman Md Nor Yusof welcomed Amrin’s appointment and expressed confidence he will be able to elevate the company.
He also thanked Nik Hasyudeen for his contributions since joining TH in September 2019, and for furthering it as an Islamic institution respected for strong performance and governance.
