Four Daim’s children to give statements at MACC today
KUALA LUMPUR: Four children of former finance minister the late Tun Daim Zainuddin are scheduled to give statements at the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) headquarters later today.
It is learnt that Asnida, Wira Dani, Amir Zainuddin, and Amin Zainuddin are scheduled to provide statements to MACC officers about 9.30am.
A senior MACC officer, who confirmed the matter, said the process of recording their statements will begin today.
It was previously reported that the MACC had issued a notice to trace Daim’s four children following their failure to respond and non-compliance with two official notices served by the commission regarding asset declarations.

The MACC said the children’s lawyers had previously informed them that their clients were abroad and had also faced difficulties in making contact.
