PETALING JAYA: A woman was told to leave after turning up in a skirt and a low-cut top at the RXZ Forever Legend motorcycling gathering in Kota Baru, Kelantan.

At the same time, another 30 women were given headscarves to wear after they were found not to be properly covered under the organiser’s dress code guidelines, reported Sinar Harian.

RXZ Forever Legend programme director Muhamad Huzaifah Abdul Halim said personnel had been stationed at the entrance to monitor visitors.

“The woman that was turned away was wearing clothing that was too revealing. That is one of the firm rules we set.

“At the same time, we prepared 100 headscarves for women who were not properly covered, and only about 30 people needed them,” he said when met at the closing ceremony of RXZ Forever Legend at the Tunjung Rural Transformation Centre on Saturday (Feb 7).

The ceremony was officiated by Kelantan Mentri Besar Datuk Mohd Nassuruddin Daud, who also took time to ride an RXZ motorcycle together with participants.

Huzaifah said nearly 99% of participants showed compliance with the syariah guidelines that had been set.

In the same development, he said about 20,000 motorsports fans from across the country and southern Thailand attended the two-day event.

He said the first-time event was successfully held after nearly two years of planning that began in 2024.

“Seeing the response from participants, we will organise RXZ Forever Legend 2.0 in the future,” he said.
