KAJANG: Police have opened an investigation after a video of a man sitting cross-legged on the North-South Expressway (NSE) went viral.

The case is being investigated under Section 48(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987 for obstruction and Section 336 of the Penal Code for endangering life. Both offences carry jail terms and fines upon conviction.
