KUALA LUMPUR: Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Religious Affairs) Datuk Dr Mohd Na’im Mokhtar has expressed his appreciation to Universal Music Malaysia for removing Dolla’s music video (MV) from all its official platforms.

He said the move was prudent and responsible, reflecting the industry’s sincerity and sensitivity towards public sentiment and the values upheld together, Kosmo reported today.

“May this step inspire the entire entertainment industry to continue creating with greater refinement, a deeper sense of responsibility, and love for the community,” he was reported as saying.

Mohd Na’im said all parties carry the trust of building an ecosystem that thrives not only on creativity but is also guided by manners, courtesy, and mutual respect.

He said this was in line with the aspirations of Malaysia Madani and the Al-Falah Transformation, which emphasise a balance between artistic expression and noble values.
