PETALING JAYA: Economy minister Rafizi Ramli believes that it is possible for him to be banned from entering Sarawak again if he loses the race for the PKR deputy presidency and quits the Cabinet.
Rafizi quipped that he had already become used to being banned from entering the state, after being barred several times at different entry points in the past, Berita Harian reported.

From 2013 to 2018, the Sarawak state government (then led by Barisan Nasional) had barred Rafizi and other Pakatan Harapan leaders from entering the state. The ban was reviewed after PH formed the federal government.

Speaking at a PKR election campaign event in Kuching this evening, Rafizi said it would not be impossible for the Sarawak government to impose a ban on him again if he no longer held any position in PKR and the Cabinet.
