TRX Residences Tower B open for sale
The joint developers for TRX Residences in Kuala Lumpur are opening up Tower B for sale after the successful take-up of Tower A during its recent pre-sales period.
The Tower A units, except for those reserved for Bumiputera buyers were snapped up at prices starting from RM970,000.
TRX Residences, comprising the 53-level Tower A and 57-level Tower B is part of The Exchange TRX, which is located within the Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) in Kuala Lumpur.
The residences, developed jointly by international property and infrastructure group, Lendlease (60 per cent), with TRX City Sdn Bhd (40 per cent), the master developer of TRX, offers 1- to 3-bedroom freehold units.
There are a total of 896 units with build-up size starting from 474 square ft to 3,854 sq ft.
Construction of TRX Residences has progressed with piling and foundation works completed. The development is slated for completion by the end of 2023.
TRX Residences is designed to accommodate climate change and features high resilience in the new normal through design and technology. The built environment of the property is developed to be future-ready and adaptive to the new normal of living.
The Exchange TRX residential director Eric Chan said there was a tremendous response to TRX Residences from buyers around the world.
